    No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for
    marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are

Your mobile phone number
The content of messages you send
Timestamps of messages sent and received

We do not collect any other personal information through this SMS service.

How we use your information

Your phone number and message content are used only to operate the assistant application — to respond to you and handle the requests you send in. Specifically:

To send automated replies to messages you initiate
To send appointment reminders or confirmations you have requested
To route your message to Shawn Randall for follow-up when appropriate

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your phone number or message content with any third party for any purpose, including marketing or advertising. Your data is used solely to operate this assistant service.

We use Twilio as our SMS infrastructure provider. Twilio processes messages in transit in accordance with their own privacy policy and applicable law. No other third parties receive your data.

Data retention

Message logs are retained only as long as necessary to operate the service and are not stored indefinitely. If you opt out (reply STOP), your number is suppressed from future outbound messages immediately.

Your rights and opt-out

You may opt out of this SMS service at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent to your number. To request deletion of any stored data associated with your number, email contactshawnrandall@gmail.com.
